Codex Recordings was founded by Spartaque and has spent 354 releases refining a single idea: peak-time techno with real weight and immaculate engineering. Basilone, Superstrobe, Danny Fontana, Mazdem, DJ Jordan and Spartaque himself release here, next to debuts that arrived as demos and left as club records. Thirty-seven records in the past twelve months alone. The standard is high because the room it is built for is unforgiving.
