IAMT Music

Fourteen
labels.
One machine.

IAMT Music Group is a music technology company that never stopped being a record label. The software we write runs fourteen labels of our own before it runs anyone else's: PromoLink to put a record in front of the DJs who will play it, Traxroom to run the label itself, FaceDrop for the visuals an artist cannot afford to shoot. Twenty years, two thousand releases, and a standing preference for tools over talk.

The group

Music technology, label roots
  • Three products, each of which began as an internal necessity. PromoLink delivers a release to the DJs and radio who might play it and reports back on who listened, who downloaded, and what they thought. FaceDrop gives an artist a visual identity from a phone camera and a reference image. Both are open to anyone. The third, Traxroom, we keep in-house: the operating system our labels run on, with demos, contracts, masters, delivery and royalties in one place and in order, and the piece of engineering we are proudest of. It is not for sale. The only way onto it is to have us run your label. Every feature in all three was a problem on a Monday morning before it was a feature, which is the only product roadmap we have ever trusted.

Where 500 EUR actually goes

Every week one record from the catalog gets our own money and a camera. Ads, clipping, promo to DJs, visuals: what worked, what did not, and what every line of it cost.

Release with us and your record stops being alone: promo to the DJs who play this music, our own ad budgets, our tools, and a circle of artists across fourteen labels. Choose the label, leave a private link. A person listens, and you hear back either way.

Demos go through our own submission system: pick one of the fourteen labels, attach the link, and it lands in that label's inbox rather than a shared pile.
