What we keep, and why.

Who answers for it

IAMT Music 2021 SCP runs this site and the labels on it. The legal notice carries the address and the tax number. For anything about your data, write to info@iamtmusic.com. A person answers within a month, usually the same week.

When you visit

We count visits ourselves, on our own servers, to learn which pages and which records work: the page, the section you scrolled to, the country and city your connection resolves to, the type of device, and the site you came from. No advertising network sees it, and no third-party analytics runs here.

Until you answer the cookie line, the count is anonymous. Your browser keeps a session number and the page you arrived from in its own storage, so one visit can be told from the next, and nothing in it identifies you. Accept, and a first-party cookie called tr_consent lives in your browser for a year, so the same browser counts once rather than every time. Decline, and the same cookie remembers only the decision, with no identifier attached. You can change your mind by clearing the cookie.

Legal footing: the anonymous count is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. The cookie is your consent.

When you write to us

The forms for the agency, consulting, label management, the academy and the sale of a label ask for your name, your email and what you want to tell us. Some ask about your label, its catalog and what the distributor pays it. With that we keep the page you came from, the country and city, and the device, so we know where a conversation started.

It all goes into Traxroom, the system we built to run the labels, and to the mailbox of the group at info@iamtmusic.com. We use it to answer you and to do the work you asked about, nothing else: no lists, no newsletters you did not ask for.

We keep it while the conversation is open and for three years after the last message, in case it resumes. If we sign a contract, for as long as the contract and tax law require.

When you send a record

Demos go through Traxroom, our own platform. The files, your name, your email, the links to your artist profiles and the answers in the form reach the label you chose and the people who listen for it. If we release the record, this becomes part of the contract file. If we pass, the audio is deleted thirty days after the decision; the message stays, so the label remembers what it heard when you write again.

The numbers you enter and your email are stored with the estimate, so we can pick the conversation up if you apply. They are kept the way a form is, above.

Where it lives

Traxroom runs on Vercel, with the database at Neon and the audio and artwork at Cloudflare R2. Mail goes through Google Workspace and Resend. Promo campaigns run on PromoLink, which is ours. Some of these providers process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where they are certified and under standard contractual clauses otherwise. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not needed to do the work above.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Have it corrected or deleted.
• Restrict or object to its use.
• Take it with you in a file.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

None of that costs anything. Write to info@iamtmusic.com. If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Children

The site is for people who make and run music professionally. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under fourteen. If it happened, write and we delete it.

Changes

The date at the top moves when this page changes. Anything material is said here, in plain words.
